I'm already late with getting this out to you, and the only thing you need to know from me this month is when the Facebook Live Reiki Circle is and when the Reiki Practitioner Zoom is happening. Both of those are on the calendar so you can find the dates there.

I do not have time for classes this month or anytime to stop for a moment. For those of you that don't know, I have been substitute teaching for a middle school math teaching since mid-August and that's why I may be a little distant these days. I'll be there until the beginning of November so I apologize for any delays in responding to any emails or texts.

Between teaching and keeping up with my Reiki work and my music gigs I'm working to make sure I have quality time with my family too. Life has provided a lot of changes and challenges right now, and yet I'm feeling better about the stress and clarity it is bringing me about my life and future. For now, I'm holding on and riding the wave that I'm on, and once I make it to shore I'll take a breath and look for the next wave I want to ride.
