Is it really December already? Gosh, I seem to say that every December haha.

I plan to take a few moments between all the holiday events this month to reflect on the year and how I showed up. I don't do New Year's Resolutions so I won't have to judge myself for not achieving those.

I follow my annual numerology to give me guidance on a theme for each calendar year which tends to work out a little better. If you want to review how to calculate your Personal Year Number read this. We can look at 2024 next month and take a look at how to work with it.

I pray you flow through the rest of the year with grace and ease, and keep a love light in your heart. Be mindful of the grinches out there and don't let them dim your light.

Looking ahead to next year, I am planning to teach a Jikiden Reiki class in February, and if you are interested, let me know. Send any questions that you may have as well.

Also, I will be raising my rates for my sessions next year, and I want to let you know so that you don't get surprised when you book your next session. I have not done so in many years, and it is time. There will still be discounts when you buy packages so look out for those.
